A: No, we do not do the cutting. We only product rough synthetic sapphires (corundum).

First of all you should send us a sample with the color you need for us to evaluate whether we could reproduce or not. Once our company becomes able to product meeting your requirements, we will collect the payment for goods before starting the production process.
